Minimum order quantity is one pallet per product, and mixed-product container orders are welcome, so you can combine several lines into a single shipment. Our standard terms are EX Works Melbourne (EXW, Incoterms 2020). FOB, CIF and DAP can be quoted separately.
Every product is manufactured in Australia and complies with Australian food safety standards. HACCP and ISO 22000 documentation is available on request, along with certificates of origin, HS tariff codes, pallet configurations, shelf-life data and full export paperwork for customs clearance in your market.
Products carry standard Australian labelling. Country-specific labelling in Arabic, Sinhala, Tamil and others can be arranged on request, subject to minimum order quantities and additional lead time. Talk to us early if your market has specific import labelling requirements.
One pallet per product. You can mix several different products into one container, so you do not need a full pallet-load of every line to place an order.
